Funny incident happen to me yesterday. There was a lady who call our technical support line. The following is our conversation.
Me: “Thank you for calling S/i/n/g/h/e/a/l/t/h service desk, this is Din speaking. Can I have your name please?”
User: “Hi my name is XXX. Upon hearing your sweet voice, I can’t remember what I wanted to report about… its ok I guess I will call again if I remember, thanks a lot.
The good side is, I’m able to make them forget their problems temporarily. Hahaha.
Don’t worry dear, I’m already taken and no one else can take me away from you. 🙂
