New anti-speeding ad tells speeders their small penis is why they speed

Young men who speed do so because they have a small penis – or so the new RTA road safety campaign implies. Ads from the $1.9 million campaign – which targets speeding among 17- to 25-year-olds – aired for the first time on TV last night.

They show onlookers who see speeding male drivers wiggling their pinkie fingers.

Teen Unplugs Neighbor’s Noisy Life Support Machine…

A teenager in intensive care unplugged his neighbour’s life support machine because the noise was keeping him awake. Frederik Moelner, 17, said he had been trying to sleep as he recovered from a car crash but the noise of the life support machine as it helped 76-year-old Hermann Berghof breathe kept waking him up.

And I thought its only in Singapore that teenagers are behaving anti-socially and lack of respect towards the elderly community. I don’t think he would do such a thing if it was one of his parents on that bed using the life support machine – assuming that he still cares and cherish his parents very much.

I would say that parents may have a lot to cultivate and nurture good values to their offspring, not just academically but also some good common sense towards the society at large.

Firstborn children are the cleverest

Firstborn children score significantly higher in IQ tests than their younger siblings, according to a large study of 250,000 military draftees. The researchers say the difference is due to social, not biological, factors, as younger siblings have higher IQs if they are raised as an eldest child following the death of an older brother or sister.

I’d say, damn right firstborns are the cleverest, they were the first ones to figure out how to get born and what to do with their life. The others that followed just watched what the first one did and copied him. 🙂

Of course having said that, first-born get blamed for *everything*, have to watch over *all* the younger ones, and if they mess up or doing something “against family rules” get blamed for it if the younger ones do it later on.

But hmm, I think ‘Most Clever’ is the preferred modifier over ‘Cleverest’ in this context, ain’t that so Teachers out there ?

Man bursts into flames after being shot by a taser gun

A man is upset because his wife is divorcing him and so when he pours petrol over himself the police shoot him with a Taser!?!

What do they do when a business man threatens to jump from his works building. Push him with a stick?

Police initially used pepper spray when they tried to take Lopez into custody. Then they used the Taser. Some stun guns emit an electric spark when they deliver the jolt of electricity.

“We don’t know what ignited the fire,” police said.

Somebody needs to tell these police officers that electricity and gasoline does not mix. The guy would have been better of if they had just clubbed him with their nightsticks.

Bizarre Find In the Middle of the Ocean

In August 2006, the yacht ‘Maiken’ was travelling in the South Pacific when they came across a weird sight, which apparently happens frequently in the Pacific….

stone volcano

It would be pretty weird to try to step out onto that. I don’t think your brain would take the sensation of falling through the “ground” very well. 🙂
