With 20 days approaching to our wedding reception, it was good news to hear that we have secured and completed the transaction to our lovenest over the end of last week.
And the Raya outing with the ex-Finance HQ SCDF was a marvellous, slow paced one as compared to previous outings, amidst a few hiccups here and there.
Funny that I don’t feel any nervousness approaching, probably because my solemnization is already completed beforehand 🙂
IBM Unveils Controversial Video Surveillance TechnologyThe S3 system can be programmed to spot suspicious behavior, such as prolonged lingering at an airport security fence. It could also nab an employee who’s spending too much time in the lunchroom. IBM on Tuesday rolled out new surveillance technology that will make it easier for authorities to spot terrorists, or for businesses to keep tabs on slacking employees.
The technology, which IBM is calling S3, features a host of software applications that work together to provide real-time analysis of images capture on video cameras. IBM says the S3 system can be programmed to spot suspicious behavior, such as prolonged lingering at an airport security fence.
It could also nab an employee who’s spending too much time in the lunchroom. S3 offers a range of additional surveillance capabilities, including license plate recognition, face recognition and badge reading. It’s also designed to analyze data captured from physical sensors, such as electronic bomb and chemical sniffers.
My goodness!! Gone are the days where you can chaokeng for 2 hours during lunch-time. 🙂

After carefully analysing the list of get rich quick schemes that I have come across since a few years back, I am able to list down those that are dead giveaways and prove to be a total waste of your money…
Preparations just got a step faster

– Advise the customer to lick the power supply.
– “So,what are you wearing?”
– Constantly refer to caller as “Pumpkin”.
– Use baby talk.
– “I don’t get paid enough to deal with jerks like you.”
– Ridicule the inadequacy of the caller’s system.
– Laugh maniacally.
# Twist the callers words to make it seem as if there is no problem.
# “You’re screwed. You’re just screwed.”
# Encourage the caller to pound on the CPU casing.
# Try to set up caller with your second cousin.
# “How the hell did you get access to a computer?
