I think the respect that ought to be shown for someone who have died, have slowly start to diminish from the face of the society.

Demise of grandpa
My grandfather died yesterday around 1840 hrs. He would be reaching his 85th birthday in a few weeks. Though I do not necessarily get up close and personal with him, I remember him to be someone who is very quiet and full of wisdom.
My grandma married him back in ’89, and during the early stages, I remember sleeping over at my grandma’s house and listened to his stories when he was in the Police Force since the re-establishment after the WW2 in the 50’s.
He left behind 4 sons and a daughter (his own). He have 17 grandsons and granddaughters in all. Though not all were present just now, most will be during the praying session this afternoon at the mosque at Eunos.
His stories, great humour and personality, will be miss by all of us…

Just when I was gearing up and anticipating the grand finale of the series, 2nd Div HQ had to call me and inform me to mobilise tonight at Geylang Serai CC. Like wtf argh!!!!!
I have no idea what has the I/M/F and World Bank meeting got to do with Geylang; unless you’re talking about….
But what has that got to do with S/C/D/F emergency meeting ?!???! Argh!!!!

The night she went Italian
Well, I didn’t mean to say that she went to Italy but technically, she whopped out Italian dishes last night with a marvellous taste. And all these without referring to a cookbook!!
And how am I suppose to slim down eh? With such a great chef wifey turns out to be, she made pizza and lasagne for me last night, I hardly have time to remember to take pictures of the delicacies before it went gobbling down my throat.
Now I think I ate too much cheese. Feeling a tad too whoozy last night that I just slumped onto my bed without making any noise. Hahaha.
