Of Supernatural forces and strange phenomena: The Final Chapter

There is no doubt in my mind that ghosts exist. I think they do but not in the way that books or movies have created them. They live in a different world and in a different dimension from the one we are living. Those who believe in life after death usually believe in ghosts. Those who have no beliefs will not believe in ghosts.

In Islam there is a concept of Satan and jinn. In this regard psychology says that when a person is obsessed about a particular thing, he is bound to think about it most of the time.

Lack of recognition or…

Sometimes when people don’t know the truth or try to find out more information about the issue, they tend to speculate and utter bullshits in their blogs.

These are the lazy ones who expect to gain during their stay without expecting to suffer first.

Whatever it is, to each his own.

40 Things in the 80s Childhood

7 years ago, I stumbled into a forwarded message that made me reminisce fond memories about my childhood years. Living in the 80s sure is a good thing. Back then, no kid knew anything about Internet and PC games or Xbox or PS2 but we spend many hours after school with our friends, engaging in fun, outdoor activities and spending quality and happy time together.

I then started to hunt down that list but due to the great catastrophe of 2003 (the crash of my hard-disk with no data backup), I had to practically write it up all over again and casually ask around people who remember the good stuff of the 80s.

As such, after more than 4 years of collecting these data, I presented to you a list of the fond memories for those that are born between 1978-1983 would definitely remember vividly…

PS: Those who wish to add-on to this list can definitely write it down in the comments box for updates 🙂

SORRY. THIS SEAT IS TAKEN

So what did I see a few days back?

A packet of tissues that had been specially manufactured to host the words:

“SORRY. THIS SEAT IS TAKEN”

I was in disbelief. I stared at it so hard that the lady who was carrying it in front of me got seriously conscious of me and hid it away.

Talk about kiasuism. Sheesh.

Smart Car in Milan

First, I think the way people park in Italy is just awesome. 🙂

Secondly, the smart car is quite a good idea! I wonder why we don’t see such a thing getting popular in Singapore though?

Windows XP vs Windows Vista

It’s been a long time talking to my old NS mates, especially those from my recruit time. As such, it came as a surprise when yesterday evening, out of the blue, one of my NS mate called up and inform that he is producing a segment for a local radio programme and wants to have my input on two issues that are happening in the IT world.

Of course, since it was just an impromptu call, I had no research done on the topics that he need my input on and it was based primarily on what I have mainly blog about it the past few weeks.

And its not even good that I have to relate it in Malay, though broken Malay is still accepted, according to him. 🙂

As usual, it is not a live recording and no, he is not taking only my point of view on the topic as there are three more analyst that he have asked to provide insight on the matter at hand. So the topic ? Well there were two actually..

1) What are the differences between Windows XP and Windows Vista ?

2) Why do consumers prefer to continue using Windows XP instead of Windows Vista ?

This is going to be techie so you can end here, if not….
